POLICY COVERAGE Claims-Made policies are available. PCA will cover "prior acts" meaning you do not have to purchase a "tail" from your prior carrier to secure a claims-made policy with PCA. Simply change carriers and keep your existing retroactive date of your claims-made policy. PCA believes that Fighting Back is good business as it protects their doctors. Fighting back discourages future frivolous lawsuits. Fighting back keeps premiums down. PCA maintains "reinsurance" through an "A" rated reinsurer. Reinsurance helps ensure financial stability. PCA DOES NOT REQUIRE SUBSCRIPTION FEES or APPLICATION FEES PCA has not had a rate increase since their inception!
